Submission Checklist: It’s Go Time!!

Hey hackathoners!

There is just one week left to enter your submission to the Google Cloud Vertex AI Agent Build Hackathon. Submissions are due June 3rd.

Whether you’re nearly finished with your submission or have been putting it off and are planning to get everything done this week, the deadline is coming soon!! Get some tips from our submission form process, make sure all of your teammates have accepted their invitations to join the project, and use the checklist below to make sure you’re all set by the deadline!

Submission Checklist

Are you creating a conversational AI agent using Vertex AI Agent Builder? Is it a bot that fits into one of these four categories: Knowledge, Lifestyle, Productivity or Customer-Facing?

Are all of your teammates added to your submission form? Remind them to accept the invitation so that they’re listed on the project submission!

Have you created a submission video? Is your video public, coherent and shows your app working?

Did you provide at least one test script for your Project?

Did you provide at least one screenshot of the results of running the Test Scripts?

Be sure to read through the Official Rules more than once. Or better yet, have a friend or colleague provide a second pair of eyes to make sure you didn’t miss anything.
